Pizza with my Homeslices

Payday is always going to be the best day of the month, especially when you work in a great central London location and all your work friends want to try out different restaurants.

February was a great shout from me, I picked Homeslice. After seeing copious Instagram pictures of these monstrosity that they called pizza I was in, it was love at first sight! I am a self-proclaimed pizzaholic.

There are various different locations in London, we went to the Fitzrovia one just a convenient 10 minute walk from the office (maybe too convenient). They don't have a physical menu as such but they have a board with their menu of the day, which is amazing as everyday could be different.

They also aren't your standard pizzas. There were 6 of us, so we went for their 20 inch pizzas. In fact it's either 20 inch or a slice so you might as well go all out. We had 2 and we had 4 different toppings as each pizza was half each topping.

We had;
Mushroom, ricotta, chill base and sunflower seeds on a white base,
Salami, rocket and parmesan,
Peppadew peppers and Cumberland named cheese,
And they did do a margarita ( they had to do at least one standard one)

But they also had one which I would have picked with goat's shoulder and mint yoghurt and some other interesting combinations. And all the pizzas have a super thin base with an amazing doughy crust, just what I look for in a pizza.

If in doubt go to Homeslice or you can order takeout. It may even be on Deliveroo.

 Homeslice | A solid pizza, with an excellently thin base and perfectly doughy crust! 9.5/10! I will be back!

Xoxo
